Diyetix uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Uygulamamızı indirerek, erişerek veya
kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyun.
Tıbbi Feragatname: Diyetix bir sağlık veya tıbbi tavsiye platformu değildir. Uygulamada
yer alan bilgiler ve özellikler (kalori takibi, sağlık hedefleri, vb.) yalnızca genel bilgilendirme ve
kişisel takip amaçlıdır. Herhangi bir diyete, egzersiz programına başlamadan veya sağlık durumunuzla
ilgili kararlar almadan önce mutlaka doktorunuza veya yetkili bir sağlık uzmanına
danışmalısınız.
1. Hesabınız
Uygulamanın bazı özelliklerini kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğini
sağlamak ve şifrenizi gizli tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm
faaliyetler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
2. Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik (UGC)
Diyetix, kullanıcıların fotoğraf, yorum ve diğer içerikleri paylaşabileceği sosyal özellikler içerir. Bu
içeriklerin paylaşımı aşağıdaki kurallara tabidir:
- Sıfır Tolerans: Şiddet, nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık, cinsel içerik, taciz veya yasa
dışı faaliyetleri teşvik eden içerikler ("Sakıncalı İçerik") kesinlikle yasaktır.
- Sorumluluk: Uygulama üzerinden paylaştığınız her türlü içeriğin sorumluluğu tamamen
size aittir.
- Raporlama ve Engelleme: Kullanıcılar, rahatsız edici içerikleri veya kullanıcıları
uygulama içindeki "Bildir" (Report) veya "Engelle" (Block) özelliklerini kullanarak anında
işaretleyebilirler.
- İçerik Denetimi: Diyetix ekibi, bildirilen içerikleri 24 saat içinde inceleyecek ve
kullanım koşullarını ihlal eden içerikleri derhal kaldırıp, ilgili kullanıcının hesabını askıya alma
veya kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkını saklı tutar. İstismar edici kullanıcılara tolerans gösterilmez.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamamızı kullanırken şunları YAPAMAZSINIZ:
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı veya hileli bir amaç için kullanmak.
- Diğer kullanıcılara spam, istenmeyen mesaj göndermek veya taciz etmek.
- Sistemin güvenliğini veya bütünlüğünü tehlikeye atacak girişimlerde bulunmak (tersine mühendislik,
virüs yayma vb.).
- Uygulamanın ve diğer kullanıcıların fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Diyetix uygulamasında bulunan tüm özellikler, logolar, tasarımlar, grafikler ve yazılımlar bize aittir ve
telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı izin almadan bunları kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya
dağıtamazsınız.
5. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi veya Sonlandırılması
Diyetix, uygulamada önceden haber vermeksizin değişiklik yapma, geçici olarak durdurma veya hizmeti
tamamen sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Hesabınızın bu ve benzeri kuralları ihlal etmesi durumunda,
erişiminiz kalıcı olarak sonlandırılabilir.
6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Diyetix uygulaması "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız
olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Uygulamanın kullanılması veya kullanılamaması sonucunda doğabilecek doğrudan,
dolaylı veya tesadüfi zararlardan yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu kullanım koşullarını dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli güncellemeler olduğunda
uygulama üzerinden bilgilendirileceksiniz.

Welcome to the Diyetix application. By downloading, accessing, or using our
app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Medical Disclaimer: Diyetix is not a healthcare or medical advice platform. The
information and features provided within the app (such as calorie tracking, health goals, etc.) are for
general informational and personal tracking purposes only. You must always consult with a doctor
or qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, or exercise program, or
making decisions regarding your health.
1. Your Account
To use certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for
safeguarding your password and securing your account. You take full responsibility for any actions taken
under your account.
2. User Generated Content (UGC)
Diyetix includes social features that allow users to share photos, comments, and other content. The
sharing of such content is subject to the following rules:
- Zero Tolerance: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination,
explicit sexual materials, harassment, or illegal activities ("Objectionable Content") is strictly
prohibited.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post or share
through the application.
- Reporting and Blocking: Users can immediately flag objectionable content or abusive
users using the in-app "Report" or "Block" features.
- Content Moderation: The Diyetix team will review reported content within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or permanently
ban the accounts of offending users. There is zero tolerance for abusive users.
3. Acceptable Use
While using our app, you must NOT:
- Use the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
- Spam, send unsolicited messages, or harass other users.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the system (e.g., reverse engineering, spreading
viruses).
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the app or other users.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All features, logos, designs, graphics, and software found in the Diyetix application are owned by us and
protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written
permission.
5. Modification or Termination of Service
Diyetix reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the service without
prior notice. If your account violates these and other rules, your access may be permanently terminated.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Diyetix app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be
uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect,
or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. You will be notified via the app when
significant updates occur.
